Before inspecting and maintaining the belt sander, be sure to turn off the belt sander and unplug the power plug.
1. If the dust collection bag of the belt sander is full, it should be emptied, otherwise the dust collection performance of the belt sander will deteriorate.
2. Replacement of carbon brushes for belt sanding machine
A Replace and inspect the carbon brushes of the belt sander from time to time. When it wears to the maximum limit wear line, it needs to be replaced. Keep the carbon brush clean and allow it to slide freely in the clamp. Both carbon brushes should be replaced at the same time.
B Use a screwdriver (rechargeable screwdriver) to remove the cover of the carbon brush holder of the belt sander. Remove the worn carbon brush, insert the new belt sander carbon brush, and then tighten the carbon brush holder cap.
