‌Resistance Type Drying Oven is an upgraded product developed with reference to internationally advanced technologies.

The oven consists of the body, thermal transmission system and control cabinet for power distribution.

The body of the oven is composed of the shell, framework and thermal insulation layer. The 2mm cold-roll steel sheet guarantees that the surface would be smooth. The internal two-layer framework is strong and quality glass fibers adopted internationally can help to achieve best result of thermal insulation.   

The oven uses air as the medium for thermal transmission. The meeting of the convection produced by the two longer fan leaves and the turbulence generated by the two shorter ones enables an even distribution of temperature.

The independent control cabinet can reduce negative influence of vibration upon the accuracy of measuring devices, and the cabinet features small size and no contact noise. The solid relay, which breaks up large current, greatly reduces troubles of the oven. The outstanding feature of this cabinet lies in its application of world-advanced AI smart temperature control system, which is better than PID temperature controller in terms of stability, dynamic quality, response speed and control accuracy (0.1℃). There will be no over-adjustment. The proportion-based output enables the power-saving rate of product terminal to be at least 15%.  

The tube-shaped explosion-proof electric heater, blower motor and electronic temperature controller of this device can work continuously.
