Skiving machine for abrasive belt

‌1.Continuous feeding system with conveyor belt.With fold-able support roller table for hold material. Adjust feeding speed from 10m/min.

2.Maziumum can install 6 standard skiving heads. Each skiving heads can rotate two directions.

3.Skiving head type:

1)Diamond wheel,both lower side and up side are available. Clear

2)Clean and strip disc skiving head/ wire brush skiving unit.

3)Paralleled sand belt skiving unit

4)45°sand belt skiving unit

All skiving units can be rotated at two direction, other type shkiving unit can be customized.

4.Glue application:

Two type: 1)One is vertical glue applicator for normal belt

                2)One is horizontal type for non-woven belt

5.Heating oven for glue

Standard lenth:2.8m

Heating oven temperature:60-100 degree
